Christopher Sharp, B.B.A, J.D.
Chris Sharp is of counsel to Sharp & Cobos, L.L.P. He has practiced law for more than 30 years. Mr. Sharp attended Highland Park High School and earned his B.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and a J.D. from SMU Law School in 1978.
Mr. Sharp has extensive experience representing physicians in Texas Medical Board matters and in peer review proceedings involving physicians and hospitals. Mr. Sharp’s practice experience also includes formation of corporate entities, formation of clinical practice and investment entities, physician-hospital organizatons,wills, trusts and estate probates, business litigation, and real estate transactional law. Mr. Sharp has served six years on the University Park City Council and eight years as Planning and Zoning Commissioner also utilizing his extensive experience in administrative law in a municipal setting. His broad experience is available to the firm and its clients for disciplinary matters, corporate/business issues and individualized estate planning and management.
Mr. Sharp and his wife, Kydie Sharp, have four children, daughter Elizabeth, and sons Stephen, Michael and William. Among his interests are golf, fishing, smoke cooking and guitar.
